3. Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record
• You authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees
• Our service operates on a credit-based system - you purchase credits to create content
• Credits do not expire but subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled

4. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain ours
• You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform
• You grant us a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the Service
• Our AI models and technology remain our proprietary property

6. Content Restrictions

You may not use our Service to create content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the rights of third parties
• Contains harmful, abusive, or discriminatory material
• Involves deepfakes or impersonation without consent
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or spam

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of AI-generated content.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
